Developing Reflective Inquiry Skills in Rural Teachers: The "Teachers for Rural Alaska" Program.

The reflective inquiry approach to teacher preparation is based on analysis of teaching "cases" and is particularly relevant for teachers in Alaska's rural multicultural schools.
