Results are discussed of a questionnaire administered to graduating students of Georgia vocational schools to determine their attitudes and readiness for the working world. Both blacks and whites, males and females were surveyed. The findings show men won't require much work indoctrination while women may need some encouragement. (DS)

Compared to controls, the experimental group showed greater career decisiveness, and greater independence, involvement, and compromise in career decision making.
