Results are discussed of a questionnaire administered to graduating students of Georgia vocational schools to determine their attitudes and readiness for the working world. Both blacks and whites, males and females were surveyed. The findings show men won't require much work indoctrination while women may need some encouragement. (DS)

Investigated the development of general attitudes toward work in career transitions of Israeli junior and senior high school students, university students, and vocational and executive trainees.
