Research on the effect of secondary employment on the sense of well-being of students in full-time education shows that the degree of fatigue and emotional stress on the job is affected by gender, the students' assessment of their own health, and their disposition to take care of their health.

Investigates the value orientations of Russian young people in school as well as problems relating to job placement through a survey of 157 experts and 1,796 people between the ages of 14 and 22. Finds that young students' attitudes toward secondary employment are determined by the possibilities the labor market may offer them. (CMK)
