The teacher inservice learning module described here is intended to build skills, provide information, encourage attitude changes, and increase the understanding of teachers in regard to behavior modification and classroom management. Behavior analysis is focused as a desired skill, and practical techniques of behavior modification are included. This descriptive report provides information on the purposes and content of the program as well as activities and resources involved. A critique, history of development, and ordering information are also included. (DS)
