Berger, Stephen E.; And Others – Small Group Behavior, 1978
It was found that women disclose more than men; that self-reports of prior disclosing behavior are complexly related to actual confiding behavior; and that in order to be confided in, one must disclose about oneself noncontingently and without regard to the disclosing behavior of others. (Author)

Subjects were 296 Introductory Psychology students. Pre-test and post-test measures were obtained as a measure of opinion change. Contrary to most previous research, results indicated that there were no significant sex differences or interactions in persuasibility using topics of low or high involvement. (Author)

This study investigated some of the differences in a perceptual discrimination performance task due to: (1) sex and (2) level of aspiration of each group of subjects. It was found that there is an interaction effect between femaleness, maleness, and aspiration level. (Author)
