Assessed female (N=57) and male (N=51) eighth- and ninth-grade college-bound students to determine relationships between their self-efficacy, interest, and consideration of 10 traditionally male and female occupations. Interests were a consideration for traditional occupations and interest was a function of sex differences. Revealed sex differences for only a select group of occupations. (Author/MCF)
