Investigated the efficacy of a test of vocational knowledge to assist in decision-making and career-planning for deaf and hard of hearing adults. Compared the career maturity of graduate and undergraduate students (N=249) and investigated the relationship of gender to career maturity. Examined the effects of a life role planning program on 152 high school students. Compared to controls, the experimental group showed greater career decisiveness, and greater independence, involvement, and compromise in career decision making.
