Investigated student perceptions of occupational congruency using Holland's realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising, and conventional personality and environment types. Four levels of person-environment congruency were established from the hexagonal ordering of the types. Student perceptions of congruent activities, values, interests, traits, and competencies were examined. (Author)
