The purpose of this study is to present the fundamental principles, methods, and effective communication methods of oral discipleship training for the believers in the oral cultures. To achieve the purpose, the researcher analyzed the data obtained from the individual interviews with 25 manaschys and 30 Kyrgyz Christian ministers. In this dissertation, firstly, the researcher explored on the characteristics of oral culture and its communication styles. Secondly, the researcher investigated on the principles and methods of oral training by the qualitative survey with manaschys and Kyrgyz ministers. Thirdly, the researcher categorized, analyzed, and critically evaluated the characteristics of communication of each category based on Habermas' theories. By analyzing the data obtained from the interviews the essential principles and methods of oral discipleship training were identified. By thorough analysis, it was possible to develop an oral discipleship training model for the oral communicators.
