Development of the Occu-Sort system, occupational card sorts, self-guided booklet, record sheet, and manual is discussed. Field testing using the cards with the self-guided booklet is reported. There is a moderate relationship between O-S and VPI codes. Thus O-S shows promise as an effective vocational counseling and career development tool. (Author)
