Conceptualizing Prevention as the First Line of Offense against Homelessness: Implications for the Federal Continuum of Care Model.
Poole, Dennis L.; Zugazaga, Carole B.
Journal of Primary Prevention, v23 n4 p409-24 Sum 2003
