This document presents the agreement between the Board of Trustees of Middlesex County College and the Faculty Organization County College for the period from July 1, 1972 through June 30, 1974. The articles of the agreement cover rights of the union, rights of the faculty, conditions of employment, faculty benefits, professional behavior, grievance procedure, changes in policy and pay positions, salary, work load, class size, fringe benefits, and the academic calendar.
