The Experiential Learning Cycle and Its Application towards the Transformation of Governmental Extension Services in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Percy, Rachel
International Journal of Lifelong Education, v18 n5 p370-84 Sep-Oct 1999

The congruence of experiential learning and participatory approaches can contribute to the transformation of "top-down" extension approaches. (SK)
