A study to determine the effect on faculty publishing of teaching in a school accredited by the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) found that respondents in AACSB schools published more often and saw a greater impact of publishing on salary, tenure, promotion, and collegiality than faculty of nonaccredited schools.
