This document presents procedures and checklists for the development of educational specifications for all phases of a school building program. Areas include--(1) program of the proposed school, (2) the community to be served, (3) the site, (4) the nature of the school project, (5) the architect, (6) relationships of areas of the building, (7) electrical systems, (8) mechanical systems, (9) maintenance and custodial facilities, and (10) instructional and non-instructional areas.
