Devises a nine-point scale for scoring drawings of a cube. Provides detailed criteria and examples for each category. An instrument developed to study teacher self-management was field-tested in 63 schools with 1,183 teachers. Teacher self-management was conceptualized as a self-iterative process with five stages. The analysis shows that the estimated reliability and predictive and construct validities of the instrument are satisfactory. (SLD)
