Selected data on a limited number of Minnesota Job Corps referrals to a civilian conservation center in 1970-71 were examined to determine whether there were significant differences between long-term enrollees and short-term enrollees. No significant differences were found. Trends did appear, however, indicating factors related to retention in the Job Corps program. (Author)
