Analyzed 2,055 position listings in 47 issues of THE CHRONICLE OF HIGHER EDUCATION to evaluate trends in the student personnel job market. Results showed a general downward trend in housing and general student affairs positions, an increase in admissions and financial aid positions, and a less seasonal job market. (JAC)
