Although the hypothesis that alpha biofeedback training would make a significant difference in reading gain scores of nine learning disabled students (7-12 years old) was rejected, most Ss gained in amplitude and duration of alpha waves and evidenced a slight improvement in hyperkinetic and maladaptive behavior with increased comprehension.
