The course outline has been prepared as a guide to help the trainee become proficient in the skills and knowledge necessary to become an aviation mechanic. The course is composed of four blocks subdivided into units, and requires a quinmester of 135 clock hours to complete: Block 1, Weight and Balance; Block 2, Mathematics; Block 3, Shop Drawing; Block 4, Posttest. The three-page course outline is followed by 10 pages of specific behavioral objectives, and 15 titles of instructional films are listed in the bibliography.
