Compared Vietnamese and Anglo-American students' (N=74) attitudes toward counseling and their preferences for help providers using a four-part questionnaire. Results indicated that Vietnamese students held less positive feelings toward counseling than the Anglo-American students. Both groups rated friends first as help providers. (JAC)
