Cole, David A.; And Others – Journal of Counseling Psychology, 1987
Compared alternative methods for examining relationship between two constructs and estimated true relationship between social skill and depression. Marcoulides, George A.; And Others – Educational and Psychological Measurement, 1995
Covariance modeling techniques were used to test the assumption of group invariance of a computer anxiety scale by comparing results from potentially different populations: 258 college students and 320 law enforcement officers. Results support the idea that the validity of the computer anxiety construct can be generalized to different groups.…

Han, Youngju – Applied Language Learning, 2000
Addresses the issue of the reliability of grammaticality judgment tests and explores what it is that they measure (i.e., their construct validity). Buchanan, Christy M.; Holmbeck, Grayson N. – Journal of Youth and Adolescence, 1998
Responses of 123 adults were used to develop a measure to assess expectations and stereotypes about adolescents. The developed scale was refined and tested with 361 college students and 112 parents of young adolescents.
