Eckert, Ruth – Counseling and Values, 1971
This article examines the motivation, training and services of religious faculty members and the satisfaction that they derive from their collegiate affiliation. Among the findings were that a smaller percentage of faculty members belong to religious orders and that teaching and direct services to students claim their major efforts. (Author/CG)
