This study sought to analyze the relationship between scores obtained from the Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) and the Occupational Plans Questionnaire (OPQ). Computed four derivatives of the Self-Directed Search (SDS) and correlated them with other indices of career maturity for 138 community college students. Invesstigated relationships between intrinsic and extrinsic work values and career maturity for ninth- and eleventh-grade boys (N=402) and girls (N=483).
