Surveyed 256 secondary school counselors to examine their perceptions, awareness, and use of community linkages for career education. Results indicated that although counselors are more aware of some linkages than others, they see a strong need for such collaboration. Awareness was affected by the school setting, and student characteristics. (JAC)
