Cummings, Oliver W.; Nall, Roger L. – School Counselor, 1982
Explores the school counselor's perception of the organization's leadership style. A survey of 31 counselors found that authoritarian leadership styles may result in a higher degree of burnout. Suggests the longer a counselor's tenure, the lower the degree of burnout reported, and the more participative the leadership style. (JAC)
