The purpose of this qualitative, phenomenological study was to present, through interviews, the experiences of women adult learners in higher education with full-time jobs and family responsibilities. The results illustrated how these women adjusted to higher education, being older in classes, prioritizing school, work, and family, and having time for self-care. I interviewed eight women adult learners and discussed their lived experiences of pursuing higher education degrees while managing full-time employment and family responsibilities. Through the research question of "What are the lived experiences of women who pursue higher education degrees while managing full-time employment and family responsibilities," I found that many women adult learners struggle with the same issues of childcare, finances, time management, and support. The conclusions reached varied among the women interviewed, but in most cases, there were no issues with childcare, online classes, or support at home.
