The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between leadership style of school administrators', as measured by the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire-5X (MLQ-5X) and School Culture measured by the Perceptions of School Culture (POSC), when controlling for age, gender, years of experience, and educational level. A sample of convenience was used, with a total of 360 surveys collected. Of the 360 collected responses, 151 responses were considered applicable as the respondents answered each question. Participants were asked to complete three instruments: a Demographic Questionnaire, the MLQ-5X, and the POSC. This non-experimental study was analyzed utilizing descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Beta and Partial correlations were further analyzed for continuous variables. The results showed a significant relationship amongst leadership style facets and school culture facets; collaborative working relationships, teacher responsibility for learning, and student-centered-vision, mission, and policies. This study provides significant evidence that leadership style has an effect on school culture. There were no significant findings amongst control variables, age, gender, years of experience, and educational level.
