Within the context of this article, a brief understanding of both Physical and Health education within the United States is created. Furthermore, this paper seeks to circulate the discussion around implementing technology into these fields of Education including wearable watches as well as their strengths and limitations. One particular area of concern with the usage of wearable technology in Physical Education is the laws surrounding privacy and data collection such as FERPA and HIPPA. The paper also discusses the use of gamification and simulations in both subjects.
