Administered personality measures to residence hall personnel (N=48) to test assertive, nonassertive, or hostile responses to describe residence hall disciplinary situations. Found that not all personnel were well suited to college student disciplining and that the personality tests could be used to identify individuals who may be best suited for various resident hall responsibilities.
