Examined attitudes and perceptions of university faculty (N=142) concerning sexual harassment. Found greater male acceptance of sexual harassment. Found more female faculty than male felt they had been victims. Found antagonistic reactions from some members of university community to research effort. Suggests it is important for researchers to report on research process as well as empirical findings. (CM)
