Describes recommendations related to engineering faculty pipelines by the American Society for Engineering Education task force. The recommendations are: (1) enlarging the faculty pool; (2) enhancing the graduate school environment; (3) enhancing the faculty environment; (4) attracting non-traditional faculty; (5) working on foreign faculty issues; and (6) implementing the student pipeline task force.
