Confirmatory factor analyses of 94 items on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator were performed for 1,091 adults. Results provided qualified support for the four-factor model. Performed a meta-analysis of studies of the extent to which individuals can inflate their integrity test scores when coached or instructed to fake good. The development of the new fifth edition of the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) is described.
