The literature concerning correlates of outcomes of school bond issues is reviewed, focusing on (1) campaign strategies and voter participation; (2) demographic variables; (3) district economic and fiscal dimensions; and, (4) attitudes toward education. A new integrative framework for future research is presented to assist in assessing the nature of interdependency between school community systems and subsequent political behavior. (EH)
