Stressors in school counseling were researched by surveying 240 school counselors about prevalence of stress experienced, sources of stress, and possible relationship between perceived stress and biographic variables (sex, age, marital status, assigned grade level, years of counseling experience). Counselors indicated moderate stress concerning quantitative overload, role conflict, and role ambiguity. (MH)
