The purpose of this study is to explore students' perceptions of the residence hall living environment at Kuwait University. The student life environment of male students who were members of varsity athletic teams, the marching band, or fraternity or dormatory residents were compared using the Institutional Functioning Inventory and 10 questions constructed by the author.
