A survey of Minnesota's area vocational-technical institutes (AVTI's) indicates that their consumer education programs are usually not comprehensive in scope and reach only a limited number of AVTI students. Business educators everywhere are urged to use their expertise to provide comprehensive consumer education programs for all students. (AJ)
