American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO)
The November 2019 60-Second Survey (provided in the appendix) inquired about the use of territory management for undergraduate and graduate students. For the purpose of this survey, territory management has been defined as follows: "Territory management is the assignment of an admissions representative to a population of targeted students. Territory managers employ strategies and tactics for the purpose of facilitating students through the enrollment funnel and, in the end, meeting institutional enrollment goals." The survey received 451 unduplicated responses. This report shares the key findings and provides figures summarizing the aggregate results by use of territory management and student level.
