This document is a collection of statistical information about North Carolina's elementary and secondary schools. The purpose of this book is to provide general statistical data to the public, professional educators, and the General Assembly. This document includes information on public school pupils, personnel, and finances. Tables with statewide data are presented in Part I. Part II contains data on pupil accounting, high school graduate intentions, public school personnel, and current expense expenditures for each local school system. Part III provides pupil accounting and financial data for the charter schools. (Contains 42 tables.)
