This article discusses the Kids Education Revolution (KER). KER is a bold and ambitious project under Teach For India's innovation cell that is empowering students on their own journeys of changemaking through collective action, and creating opportunities and spaces for educators and kids to listen to and learn from each other.

Utilizing qualitative research, a portrait is presented of the Jnana Prabhodini School in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The school educates gifted and talented students not only for academics but also for motivation to help their state, country, and the world.
