Ong, Paul M.; And Others
International Educator, v1 n2 p26-29 Fall 1991
The heavy migration of highly educated Asians to the United States since the early 1970s is examined, noting advantages and disadvantages to the countries of origin and to the United States as well as the historical, educational, and economic factors causing this migration. It is concluded that, despite considerable loss, developing countries do benefit. (MSE)
