The Carroll Center for the Blind (Newton, Massachusetts) conducted a survey to locate and determine the effectiveness of computer training programs for the visually impaired. It found that existing programs need to encourage expanded services and better inform rehabilitation professionals. Names and addresses of five active, comprehensive programs are included. (VW)
