Presents results of the Vocational Education Data System employer follow-up survey for graduates of 15 public community colleges in Massachusetts who were fully employed within 2 years of graduation. Finds graduates rated good or very good on quality of work and preparation. Finds females rated as highly as males but paid less. (DMM)
