Randal, Judith – Change, 1979
The Environmental Protection Agency has awarded several grants to study effects of and possible solutions to the problem of "acid rain"; pollution from atmospheric nitric and sulfuric acids. The research program is administered through North Carolina State University at Raleigh and will focus on biological effects of acid rain. (JMF)

The experience of the Harvard University School of Public Health with use of cases for promoting faculty discussion of teaching is described. It is concluded that the technique provides a forum for faculty to examine their own perspectives and gain insight from other teachers in the same institutional setting. (MSE)
