The labor problems of hotels and restaurants are being addressed with partnership training initiatives. Examples are the Stratford Chef's School in Ontario, the University of Hawaii's Tourism Industry Management Program, and an English-as-a-Second-Language program sponsored by labor and management in New York City hotels.
