Tested a three-component, structured approach to conflict resolution in female undergraduate students (N=48). Results indicated that the three-component model tested can provide a viable means for facilitating negotiation and possible resolution of interpersonal conflict. (LLL)

Examined the use of a three-component confrontation model (description of behavior, emotional impact, and consequences) by male and female confronters with male confrontees (N=56). Results indicated the model was statistically and practically effective for males confronting others of either gender. (JAC)
