Career Aspects of Graduate Training in ESL.

A survey of master's degree graduates in ESL from the University of Hawaii showed that a majority of first and current positions were in ESL teaching. Other positions included administration, materials preparation, and curriculum design. Variables significant in determining the respondents' current salaries are noted. (SL)
