This booklet is a job interview preparation guide. Suggestions focus on knowing the prospective employer and knowing one's self. Thirty-one resources containing employer identification information for job seekers are described and noted. The step-by-step method of mounting a referral campaign with its advantages and disadvantages is described. This method includes an information interview used to gather information and advice from experienced and knowledgeable people. Types of information pertaining specifically to corporations are listed. A worksheet is presented as an aid for researching employers. This worksheet includes topics such as structure of the organization, growth and earnings, and career paths. A corporate literature example is given. A job outline worksheet to assist a job seeker in identifying his interests is presented. A worksheet identifying the job seeker's abilities is included to help prepare the job seeker for the employment interview. (ABL)
