This is the 26th report concerning administration of Public Law 81-874 and Public Law 81-815, as amended, including a detailed statement of receipts and disbursements, for the fiscal year ending June 30, l976. The laws are concerned with aid to federally impacted areas, specifically for maintenance and operation, construction, and disaster relief. The two major tables cover the net entitlements to and current expenditures of local education agencies by state, county, congressional district, application number, and school district for fiscal year 1975 and estimated new payments for fiscal year 1976 under Public Law 81-874 sections 2,3, and 4; and Federal funds reserved, by section, by Public Law 81-815 for local education agencies for construction of school facilities for fiscal years 1951-76.
