This manual was created to serve as an instructional aid in the training of counseling supervisors. Various problematic issues germane to the supervisory process are simulated on videotape. Chapter 1 provides a detailed outline of the structure and format of a class for the effective use of simulated vignettes. Chapter 2 presents a brief summary of each simulation and suggests strategies for its maximized utilization.
